This site is a tribute to Michael Carey, 9 July 1927 to 20 November 2020.  Michael died unexpectedly, but peacefully in hospital. In later years he suffered from macular degeneration and this was a source of difficulty for him.  We are sure he would like to help fund research into care and treatment of this little understood disease.  He is much loved by family and friends and will always be remembered.
